Swiggy & Zomato reconciliation
OnPlusOne matches each aggregator order in your POS to its payout line and bank credit, checks every deduction against your contract, and drafts the dispute before the window closes.
No signup. Sample restaurant preloaded. Takes 2 minutes.
The problem
A Swiggy or Zomato payout is your order value minus commission, payment gateway fees, TDS under section 194-O, GST collected at source, ad spend, long-distance fees, offer discounts and cancellations. Each line is small. Together they decide whether the outlet makes money.
Most outlets only check that "some money came in". Wrong commission rates, unapproved offers and unpaid orders slip through, and the dispute window closes.
What the agent checks
Every POS order is found in the payout statement, including cancelled and refunded ones.
Charged commission versus the rate in your agreement, order by order.
Tax deducted at the correct rate on the correct base.
Fees charged only where the delivery distance allows it.
Ad spend against your cap, and discounts only on offers you approved.
Net payout matched to the bank credit by UTR, so you know it actually arrived.

Sample week · illustrative
In our prototype, a sample Bengaluru outlet's week showed an unapproved offer deduction, an unpaid delivered order, commission and TDS mismatches, wrong long-distance fees and ad spend over its cap. Sample data, not a real customer.
FAQ
Each Swiggy order in your POS is matched to its line in the weekly payout statement, every deduction (commission, TDS, GST/TCS, ads, long-distance fee, offers) is checked against your contract, and the net payout is matched to the bank credit by UTR.
Yes. Zomato settlement reports are matched the same way: order to settlement line to bank credit, with commission, TDS, TCS and promotion deductions checked.
Commission charged above your agreed rate, TDS or TCS at the wrong rate, long-distance fees on short orders, ad spend over your cap, offers you never approved, and delivered orders that were never paid.
It drafts each dispute with the amount, evidence and deadline. Nothing is sent without your approval.
For the demo, no. For a pilot we work from the payout reports and statements you already download, and can connect directly where you prefer.
